Lifetime Warranty

First of all, we are sorry to hear about this! Please get in touch with our customer service team at [email protected], along with your order number and photos of the damage. We will assess the damage and discuss repair options with you.

WHAT IS COVERED UNDER THE LIFETIME WARRANTY?

Grams28 focuses on crafting high-quality leather products that are distinguished in their outstanding appearance, feel, and durability. Our lifetime warranty covers repairs or replacements for functional damages that prevent you from using the product, as well as defects in material, manufacturing, or workmanship under normal use.


Functional damages such as:

● Zipper is stuck/Zipper is not properly installed

● Undone stitching in a month

● Faulty products

● Unlatching of handles/metalwork

● Button problem/issue

WHAT IS NOT COVERED UNDER THE LIFETIME WARRANTY?

The leather we use for our products is of the highest quality, being both strong and long-lasting. It ages well with proper care. However, normal wear and tear and damages that may have resulted in improper usage, cuts during usage, and damage by alcohol are not covered under warranty as these cannot be repaired.

HOW MUCH IS THE COST OF REPAIR?

We can replace the leather pieces at a cost, and we will send you a quote as well as the estimated time for repair. However, please note that we do not cover related costs such as shipping.

WHAT PRODUCT IS COVERED UNDER THE LIFETIME WARRANTY

Our lifetime warranty ONLY covers our Folio, Bags, and Organizers

WHAT PRODUCT IS NOT COVERED UNDER THE LIFETIME WARRANTY

Our phone case, AirPods Case, watch strap, wallet, and Cardholder are not covered under the lifetime warranty since they are consumable products.
